{"id":5763,"date":"2024-10-13T05:48:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-13T05:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.asadkarim.co.uk\/?p=5763"},"modified":"2024-10-11T17:50:29","modified_gmt":"2024-10-11T17:50:29","slug":"lg-energy-transition-commodities-ucits-etf-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.asadkarim.co.uk\/?p=5763","title":{"rendered":"L&amp;G Energy Transition Commodities UCITS ETF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The L&amp;G Energy Transition Commodities UCITS ETF aims to track the performance of the Solactive Energy Transition Commodity TR Index<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its objective is to give investors:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Transition metals exposure<\/em><\/strong><br>Futures on transition metals, which are used in clean energy generation, storage and distribution equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Transition energy exposure<\/em><\/strong><br>Futures on transition energy, which emits less carbon than most other fossil fuels and can help overcome peak energy demand and the challenge of \u2018hard to abate\u2019 sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Carbon exposure<\/em><\/strong><br>Allocation to an exchange listed certificate (the &#8220;Certificate&#8221;) which provides exposure to an index of global carbon futures.
